Submitted manuscripts must not substantially overlap with the ones that have been published or are simultaneously under review by other journals or conferences. Submissions should be properly anonymized for double blinded review, therefore author names and their affiliations should be removed and language be adjusted to prevent easy identification.

The submissions must be clearly presented in English, and made as a PDF file of no more than 15 pages. The templates are available at  http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0.

The conference papers will be selected based on reviewer’s feedback, including the originality, significance, relevance, clarity of presentation, correctness, etc. Should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors need register and attend the conference to present the work.
